Lumen turns the camera feeds of warehouses and stores into reviewable events: unattended bags behind exit zones, restocking that never happened, cleaning rounds that were skipped. People are abstracted before anything is stored, so the operations team sees cases, not faces. Built with a quick-commerce operator and now offered as a consulting engagement.
